Finding a job is hard, and the idea of even starting a search can create enough angst to keep people stuck in a role that is not a good fit.

GitAJob exists to provide clarity in an opaque market so candidates can move earlier, with more confidence, toward better opportunities.

How does it work? +

GitAJob identifies and ingests as many jobs as possible, then uses modern AI tooling to extract key features from each posting.

Those postings are indexed for natural-language search so the product can match based on meaning, not only exact phrasing.

What makes a good search? +

The best queries describe the job you want in natural language, including title, location, experience level, scope, and anything else that matters to you.

The point is to be specific about intent instead of trying to reverse-engineer a keyword formula.

If you are not paid by companies hiring, how do you make money? +

The long-term model is that the job seeker is the customer, which keeps incentives aligned with candidate outcomes instead of employer demand.
